Meditation heals on all levels, physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual. Awakens innate healing abilities latent within you.
When you start to meditate, your breathing becomes more rhythmic, your thoughts slow down, you start to feel less anxious, and begin to feel relaxed.
As you continue to focus on your breathing you start to sense a stillness of your being, and the quite of your mind. Remember the meaning of meditation is not to stop your thoughts, but to not pay them attention, let them pass by, as if words on a TV screen you can’t be bothered to read.
It is the stillness of your physical body that supports the quite mind. It is in this stillness and the quite that God, the source, the creator, the universe talks to you. Meditation opens up this channel, we often call this intuition or Channelling. Your direct link to the universal mind.
Through regular meditation, because of the relaxed body and the quite mind, your being learns to be more positive, less anxious, you may develop faith that all is ok with you and always will be. This is a wonderful feeling and unique to everyone. You start to examine your reaction to the people and situations in your life, and decide that you want to respond more positively because you Intuitively know that a negative response does not serve you, as you begin to access your higher wisdom..
As you continue to meditate daily be it 10 min or 60 min, during the meditation, the stillness of your body and the quite of your mind, your whole being begins to harmonise itself, the body start to activate any healing that is needed, your immune system becomes stronger as any damage is repaired, as the body returns back to its natural state of perfect health. This may take, days, months or years, depending on your current health. Remember you are a unique being.
Through regular meditation, you begin to get a ‘ knowing’ that you are not alone, the universe has always had your back, you just wasn’t aware.
I often thank the Universe for showing me that I am not alone, I have my guides, and angels with me, they give me immense love and blessings everyday, every minute, whenever I need. Remember the love you seek, and the approval that you are worthy and beautiful is ‘only a thought away’.
With meditation you can reach out with your heart and mind, fill your self with unconditional love, drink it in with your every breath. It is Free and 'only a breath away'.
